We use a Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service that requires a signiture for your peace of mind. All in-stock orders taken before 2pm will be dispatched the same working day. Our working week is Mon to Fri 10am until 5pm.Your order will be delivered to the address details provided and signed for upon receipt of products. 

Average delivery times are 2-3 working days. All orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible upon payment clearance. Please take delivery times into consideration that fall over the weekend, bank holidays and unusually busy periods around christmas time.  

RETURNS.
All goods may be returned within seven days of purchase if deemed unsuitable for a full product refund provided that the goods returned are undamaged and remain in their original packaging with all items present. Please pack all returning items appropriately for adequote protection.

The refund excludes the delivery cost and may incur a 20% restocking fee. It is the senders responsibility to pay all return postal costs. We recommend recorded delivery as this ensures that the returning item is protected against loss. The item remains the responsibility of the sender until recieved by us.
Any item suspected to be faulty must be reported to us without delay as some items are deemed as consumable items and not included in the usual 28 day fault warranty. Faulty items must be reported by telephone or by leaving a contact number via email as most often the problem can be resolved without the need to return the goods.

E-liquid carries a zero exchange or returns policy due to the nature of the product.

Remember to store your e-liquid responsibly and out of the reach of children and pets.

E-CIG INFORMATION. Clearomiser priming: When using a new clearomiser for the first time, fill it in the correct manner according to the clearomiser model type as follows: CE5 Remove the drip tip (mouth peice) and fill the tank, avoiding the centre draw hole tube and not exceeding the maximum mark and avoiding any e-liquid from entering the centre draw tube. Replace the drip tip. BDC Fill from the total opposite end from the drip tip on these type of clearomisers by unscrewing the base off and filling the tank. Ensure that you stop filling before any e-liquid overflows into the centre draw hole tube. Refit the base. Once the new clearomiser is filled, leave to stand for at least 10 minutes to allow the e-liquid to soak in. Your clearomiser is now primed and ready to vape. Clearomiser usage: Never allow the clearomiser to run dry as this can cause a metallic dry burning taste that can shorten the life of the unit. We recommend that you re-fill when the tank is a quarter full to maximise your  clearomiser life. Battery life: Before charging any battery: Always ensure that both charging and battery connections are clean and dry. When using a battery for the first time it may require a conditioning charge of two hours before use. Never overcharge the battery or use a battery charging unit or adaptor that appears damaged. Never leave a charging battery unattended. Always charge a run down battery before storing away. Cartomisers: Our range of disposable  cartomisers are not designed to be re-filled with e-liquid and must be disposed of in the correct manner when used. Quality: All of our products featured on this site undergo regular quality checks and batch testing to strict standards from both ourselves and goverment approved testing organisations. E-liquids: Quality assured imported and UK e-liquids for a pure full flavour vape! Store responsibly 18+ only. All e-liquid on this site are batch tested and steeped to provide the best quality and taste and come in 12mg 1.2% and 18mg 1.8% for a more satisfying Full flavour vape! Most of our e-liquids (unless stated) are PG based to the ratios of 70/30 & 60/40 blends.
